All domestic shipping within Australia is tracked and $11.00 flat rate standard post, with express post available at $14.00. All orders over $150 qualify for FREE SHIPPING (standard) within Australia. Express upgrades are available at checkout for an extra $4!

While I always try my hardest to package & post your pretties as soon as possible, please allow 1-5 business days processing time (prior to / on top of shipping time estimates). Upgrading to express post does not expedite your order ahead of others, it only speeds up delivery. All parcels are sent with Australia Post, please see their website for estimated shipping times. 

If you would like to add extra cover (insurance) to your parcel please leave a message at checkout and I can organise this with you at an additional cost.

FREE SHIPPING CODES are applicable only if entered at checkout on qualifying domestic orders over $150. Code cannot be applied after purchase. The only exception is for combined orders with a total over $150, please email order numbers to be combined and I will refund postage!  



Yes! I do ship internationally! I have included many countries including USA, Canada, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Singapore - if your country is not listed here please contact me and I will add it (ideally before a release/restock to ensure a smooth checkout process). Please see rates at checkout - all shipping costs are for tracked standard shipping. If you would like an express upgrade or non-tracked option please contact me directly - but bare in mind that I hold no responsibility for lost parcels & unfortunately cannot replace lost goods due to their one of a kind handmade nature. Please allow up to 5 business days do for order processing & packaging.



Returns / Exchanges? Unfortunately for health & hygiene purposes I cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of minds on earrings. However, if there are any issues please contact me directly. 

Lost parcel? - Please contact Australia Post via telephone or submit an enquiry on their website. Unfortunately I cannot replace missing items due to their one-off handmade nature, but please contact me if you have any issues.
